Great job everyone for making it out to our first Water Assessment and Orange team trial!

Special thanks to Coach Albert and Brian for bringing out their OC-1's. Brian, it breaks my heart to see the damages to your OC-1 from the transportation. Hopefully, the repairs won't be major or expensive.

Also, thanks go to Albert and Diana, along with Cynthia and Herbert for volunteering to time the starts and finishes! Your help was greatly appreciated!!

The coaches will try to meet this week to review the videos and assess the paddlers. After that, I'll send out the assessment spreadsheets to those who attended. If you would like to get a copy of your video, please bring an USB card or external hard drive to Saturday's practice.

This was a great opportunity for each one of us to get onto the OC-1 and assess yourself. We'll look forward to more participation for next month's water assessment!

Keep on working hard and HEAT IT UP!!

Thanks to all the coaches and Cynthia, Herbert, Diane and Albert! Rowing the OC1 for the first time was awesome..look forward to doing it again. Next time BBQ and Watermellons...woohoo!

hmmm Can somebody teach us how to steer the darn thing? Or is it just me and my darn lead feet? LOL
