The engine room heatwave challenge. 2009/06/26 10:17
Hey houston heat paddlers! With respect the gauntlet is officially thrown. Some of you may have heard about about it and wondered what's the deal. The waves are formidable and not everyone I asked is willing to take them on. I have been asking around and finally have enough support. It will be eight heat engine room paddlers vs the heatwaves. It will be a lot of fun. I have to get with the coaches on an exact date and time. I will try to get maximum attendance possible, so it will be two or more weeks away. Hope everyone is doing well, I will see you at practice. Make it hot!

Bring on the Heatwaves! I always like a friendly challenge. The more at stake the better. But the guys will need to come up with a better name though. How about us "Super Novas" taking down the Heatwaves!? Let the trash talking begin!!!

What about HH Sailfish? They are the fastest fish in the sea, second they are located in warm regions of the world.

If you think the name is not catchy, why not use the French version: "Espandon Voilier", or just "Voilier".
Houston Heat Voiliers (Vua-Leers)

or Houston Heat Barracudas
They are one of the most fearsome fish in the sea. They rely on surprise and short bursts of speed (up to 28 miles per hour (45 km/h)) to overrun their prey, sacrificing maneuverability.

Just a suggestion....
