For HH members participating in Denver, Wednesday, Saturady and Sunday are the last scheduled water practices before we head to Denver to compete. Please make an effort to sign on and attend this week so that you know what to expect during the races...The workouts have been intense but the team doesn't benefit if you don't show up...

I expect everyone who's attending the Denver event to be at the remaining practices for this week. If you can't make it, let me know. We've improved quite a bit on techniques and endurance so if you haven't been attending the practices, you're definitely behind.
