I hope everyone enjoyed themselves on Friday!!!

I want to take the time to thank all of the people involved that made it such a success.

Samantha- Thank you so much for picking a great venue for us (Great location, great food, great service… what more can you ask for???!!!!) helping with the raffle, organizing with the Pasha owner and dealing with fee payments, and for helping out with the certificates at the last second.

Ann- Helping with helping collecting $$$. (wait that's a reflex for you...nevermind...=P)

Suzanne- Thank you for getting the ribbons and making an awesome crafty paddle.

Laura- Thank you for your spare and work time spent on the superlatives and great idea on the game. (We missed you!)

And last but not least Si…thanks for helping with the superlatives, the game idea, picture slide show, voting posters, raffle, keeping me on schedule, co-leading, helping out during family feud, and for being just a great pal!!!(Single tear running down my face.)


Honorable mentions:
Bao- Thanks for the laptop, projector and screen. Crucial for the game and slideshow we had. Woulda been lame-O without the equipment.

Minh– Good job keeping the speech somewhat short….I know that is a feat on its own. =P


A mini shout out to David L for being a great sport bidding and winning the HH Paddle.(Forged by Ms. Suzanne Bui herself.) Thanks for your generousity. (Debbie- it was close...you almost had it)

The entire Social Committee did a great job. I had an awesome time. Thanks for the "evil eye" award. Albert tells me that I've mastered it.

Does anyone know which hospital Charolette is in? Want to send her get well greatings.

Woman's Hospital of Texas on Fannin (room #4). She has been in the ICU since Thursday. I think she ran into some complications after the surgery. The doctors are still figuring out what is wrong. Thanks for your concern. She would love it if you guys can at least send her your best wishes and love. She sometimes checks text messages.
