All HH Members...
Whether you are in the competitive or recreational group, if you are interested in competing in Austin, sign up and attend the practices with the intent of participating in this fun event! It's a beautiful part of Town Lake, in the downtown Austin area and a geat venue! Currently, we need to recruit at least 10 more members to field a sufficient team to defend our winner's trophy from last year. A majority of the members usually stay over on Saturday evening and go out on the town to celebrate...join us!!!

For anyone who hasn't gotten their paddles wet during a race, this is a great event to start off with!

There's a completely different feel from practicing a start to being a part of one! One race and you'll be hooked.

It really is a great venue and Austin's got plenty to offer when it comes to celebrating our win!

I'd go, but I'll be in Vegas!

Yes! What Si has said is soooo true! There is nothing else like a real competition! The heart starts pumping and adrenaline starts flowing! This is what its all about. The race is what it's all about! LET'S DO THIS! PADDLES UP!

Let's bring the Heat to Austin. We are still needing paddlers so sign up if you would like to spend the weekend with your fellow paddlers. It'll be a blast. We will be staying near or on 6th street. Let's make it a fun get-a-way.

We currently have 13 paddlers signed up for this event and will need to submit our roster list very soon. Let's head to Austin with a complete team. There is still time to sign up so please do so if you can make it out. It's a fun event and not too far from home. Get your friends to come out and watch or even paddle with the Heat.
