It was one of the best practices I have been a part of, in terms of endurance and power training.
By dividing up the whole boat into sections and alternating regular/power strokes enabled us to realize the full potential of how we can really move the boat when the entire boat fully utilized the real power strokes at the end of each endurance run.
Kudos to Coach Loc for his leadership and motivation as well as the dedication and effort put forth by the collective.
