HH paddlers,
Hello all!
I wanted to let you know that there will be two weekday practice sessions available to paddlers who are serious about increasing his/her paddling skills. These sessions are provided for those who want to step up the intensity and highly be critiqued on form and technical understanding of the new 'D-stroke'. We will be working on technical and power efficiency, and have opportunities to steer. This will not be for everyone
but if you are up to take it to the next level, come on out!
The practices will be held in good ol' Tony Marron Park and held from 6:00PM- 8:00PM. If you can commit to one or both of these sessions, please email me at minh@houstonheat.org. I gurantee you will definitely see results that will not only help you but the crew.
