Open to all paddlers, not just HH members; however, coaches have full discretion in the selection process so attending practice is key!  You must be on this list to be considered on the roster for the event.

Estimated Cost per paddler:  Airfare (SFO/OAK) ~$400-$500, Entry Fee:  $70, Hotel:  ~$150/night, Transportation:  ~$100/day for a minivan (not including parking fees)

Houston Heat Team Hotel is at the Woodfin Hotel Emeryville.  Rooms have two double beds plus a pull out sofa bed (can room up to 6 paddlers).  Parking is free.  Don't delay - call and make your reservations soon.

Note: there will not be any shuttles to/from the festival site from this hotel.  Paddlers are not required to stay at the HH team hotel; however, there are designated mandatory meetings that paddlers should attend.  If you choose to stay in San Francisco hotels, parking fees in SF's hotels ranges from $30 to $60 per night (and some hotels will not allow oversize vehicles).
