NOTE: Cross training Land Practice start time is at 6:30 PM.
Location: will start promptly at 6:30 PM at Spotts Park [401 South Heights Boulevard, Houston TX 77002]. Meet at the basketball court which is the covered building in the middle (near the Kiddie slide and monkey bars in the center of the park area). A close up map of the park can be viewed: HERE.
Workout Routine: will be announced at practice.

Important Reminders for Land Practice
Bring several bottles of water or sport drinks, sunscreen, bug spray, and a towel (some exercises will be performed on the ground/grass)
Wear proper clothing and running shoes
If at anytime during practice individuals feel that the exercises are too difficult, experience any pain or have an existing injury, notify the land practice coach for alternate exercise options
Show up on time
Training is done as intervals or sets so we can stay together as a group. No one is left behind regardless of fitness level
The workout routine remains the same for 4 weeks so individuals can get familiar with the exercise and improve
