Please Note the Location Change: For those who are interested, practice has been moved to the Sabine Bridge location (110 Sabine Street, Houston TX 77007). We will start our warm-ups and some of our sets at the north end of the Sabine Street bridge (near the entrance of Jamail Skatepark) before going down along the slopes of the park under the light.
Cross Training Land Practice: will start promptly at 6:30 PM at Sabine Bridge [110 Sabine Street, Houston TX 77007]. .
Workout Routine: will be announced at practice.

Important Reminders for Land Practice
Bring several bottles of water or sport drinks, sunscreen, bug spray, and a towel (some exercises will be performed on the ground/grass)
Wear proper clothing and running shoes
If at anytime during practice individuals feel that the exercises are too difficult, experience any pain or have an existing injury, notify the land practice coach for alternate exercise options
Show up on time
Training is done as intervals or sets so we can stay together as a group. No one is left behind regardless of fitness level
The workout routine remains the same for 4 weeks so individuals can get familiar with the exercise and improve
